• 17:43 so fed up, plumber came yesterday 3rd visit to fix hot water, after he left it broken have NO heating or hot water we froze last night #
• 17:43 Oh and the part they broke they can't get until March 11th apparently, we have no other heating, budgies are having to go to mother in laws! #
